Eartha’s Homegrown Nettle for Hair Growth
Support your hair journey with nature’s powerhouse—nettle, freshly dried from my own home garden with love and care. Nettle (Urtica dioica) is a deeply nourishing herb, prized for its ability to support long, healthy hair growth from the inside out.
Rich in essential nutrients, nettle is a natural source of plant-based protein, silica, iron, magnesium, zinc, and vitamins A, C, D, and K—all of which are key building blocks for strong hair and vibrant overall wellness. The protein content in nettle helps fortify hair strands, while its abundance of minerals supports scalp health and circulation.
Hand-harvested and dried in small batches, this nettle is free from synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or additives–just pure herbal nourishment, rooted in tradition and tended with intention.
Use it as a tea, hair rinse, or iced herbal infusion. Whether you're beginning your hair health journey or supporting it with seasonal nutrition, this garden-grown nettle is a potent ally.
Available until it is gone! Sold in 1 ounce pouch.
1 oz will make 15-20 cups of tea

How to Use Nettle:
For a Nourishing Hot Tea:
Add 1 tablespoon of dried nettle to 8–10 oz of hot water. Cover and let steep for 15–20 minutes to fully release the vitamins, minerals, and protein. Strain and enjoy warm. Optionally, add honey or lemon to taste.
For a Refreshing Iced Infusion:
Place 1–2 tablespoons of dried nettle in a quart-sized jar. Fill with room temperature or cold water and let steep in the refrigerator overnight (6–12 hours). Strain and serve over ice for a crisp, mineral-rich drink. Add a splash of citrus or fresh mint for a summertime twist!

12 oz distilled water
