Venice, CA | October 6th | 6:30-9 PM Join Rhythm + Flow and Eartha Matter for an evening of mat pilates, sound bath, sauna and cold plunge. Eartha Matter will provide apothecary offerings for sale and a complimentary herbal beverage to elevate your sauna detox!

Horses, Herbal Tea, & Journaling
Old Canyon stables | Topanga | October 17th | 10 AM-12 PM come sip an Autumn herbal soda and journal among horses with Catie Macken. Held in a pasture surrounded by horses, we will open up with mediation, guided journaling, and end with reflection and sharing. Herbal infusion will be crafted by Eartha Matter.
Catie Macken is a passionate, embodied guide and horse medicine woman offering transformative groups, 1:1 sessions, and retreats in Topanga Canyon.

Location: tapia park, Calabasas | September 27th | 10-2 PM Enjoy reading under the shade of oak trees with a cup of Eartha Matter herbal tea in hand with community <3 We will be sipping and reading in Tapia Park under the Oak trees. Bring your own book, snacks, and blanket. Your ticket includes unlimited herbal tea crated by Eartha’s clinical herbalist
